Led by Dr. Amin Esmaeili, the ITAC center conducts energy audits and cost-saving assessments through interdisciplinary teams of engineering faculty and students, often identifying over $150,000 in potential annual savings per facility. In addition to serving industry, ITAC provides KSU engineering students with hands-on training for careers in energy efficiency and smart manufacturing, fulfilling its mission of advancing both manufacturing resiliency and workforce development.
